You may have many solutions for cutting costs and find hidden money waiting for you to take action and not realize it. Take a good look at your business. Sometimes we forget that we have options because we do something the same way for so long.

Can't think of anything? OK, we'll show you the savings! Maybe these ideas will spark ideas that you can apply to your business.

Shop around: Have you been using a vendor for a long time? Maybe it's time to look around for vendors who offer the same quality service for less. Maybe your vendor will be willing to lower its prices if you find comparable products or services. Consider bulk ordering or looking for auctions.

Cut travel expenses: Does the team travel for face-to-face meetings? With lots of great online conference tools, it may not be necessary.

Allow telecommuting: Not only do you help the environment, but also chop utility and phone bills. If you're not crazy about the idea and need in-person meetings, what if you let employees commute a couple of times a week?

Repackage products or services: Maybe you can expand your market by tweaking your product or service to meet another market's needs. Some businesses that did this instead found a new and better market.

Outsource non-core skills: Outsourcing isn't necessary a bad thing. It allows you to focus on what your company does best and let another company take over the stuff that takes your company longer to do. Plus, you don't pay benefits and only pay for what you get from the outsourced company.

Review customers: No, we're not asking you to rate them. Instead, look at the customers who make up the bulk of your business and those who make the least. The results of this evaluation may help you get ideas on how to make the most of the better customers while cutting ties or changing things up with the worse customers.

Explore web-based applications: While you'd most likely have to pay a monthly fee for the service, it may save you time and money in terms of maintenance, upgrades and hardware use and replacement.

Automate processes: Look into the possibility of automating something you do on a manual basis.

Group road trips: If your employees run errands or drive to different places, try to set up their trips to do it all at once and have them make stops at places close to each other rather than drive back and forth across town.

These are just a few ideas of squeezing cash savings so you have more cash flow on hand. What can you come up with?
