It takes minutes for anyone to put up a Web site and add a few stock pictures of people shaking hands, portraying themselves as lenders of choice. Some brokers have dozens and even hundreds of these sites; all they do is take your application (and upfront money) and then peddle it to lenders like us.
That is the blessing and the curse of online marketing. It gives lenders the ability to reach beyond the horizon — and at the same time — makes it more difficult for you to separate the wheat from the chaff.
I want to let you know that we are the actual lender — not a middleman. We're here to help you become more successful at what you do. If money and working capital stands between you and achieving goals and pursuing growth opportunities, then we can probably help.
Unlike brokers, we don't claim to do everything. We don't do merchant credit card advances, equipment financing, real estate financing, startups, or consumer loans.
Here are the most important qualities that make us different from the many lenders out there:
- We see you as an entrepreneur, not as a target or even a prospect. As such, we don't treat you as a person to be sold to. You deserve clear and relevant information for making decisions; you also deserve straightforward agreements, with no fine print, strings attached or "gotcha" clauses. Yes, there is a catch: your business must earn over $1 million in annual sales.
- We also believe people do business with people; not with companies, stores or web sites. That's why when our clients call us, they always talk with somebody with a brain who can handle same-day decisions (we don't have "credit committees"). And that is why, when we see somebody we can help, we can get funding quickly.
