Big move helps staffing company grow

Sometimes, the only thing standing between a small business and success is access to working capital to help the company grow and thrive.

A Florida staffing company told the Jacksonville Business Journal how it decided to relocate to new offices after facing three floods over a period of four years.

Chad Perce, co-founder of Hire Methods, explained that the new location "made us more efficient" and paved the way for revenue growth.

The company appeared on Inc. magazine's list of the top 500 fastest-growing small businesses this year, increasing its revenue by 77.9 percent between 2005 and 2007.

At the same time, Perce emphasized that the firm is careful about its growth strategy, ensuring that its quality does not slip as it expands.

"The quickest way to ruin your reputation is to exceed capacity," he told the news provider. "We are growing at a rate that our infrastructure can support."

BMO Capital Markets analyst Jeffrey Silber recently told Reuters that healthcare staffing companies should see many opportunities to expand in the next few years, as demand for these services rises.

...thanks for coming to our rescue a few years back when things were a bit shaky. Though we always had confidence in what we were doing, our local bankers didn't. Finding Capital Solutions was a godsend for us at that time and we'll always appreciate your efforts. You are definitely the best people we have ever worked with

In our very first conversation I noticed that you not only understood our situation, but also the Oil & Gas trade. Capital Solutions has been an invaluable help... We have grown our business exponentially thanks to you. I can now probably qualify for a traditional line of credit (...but I'm not sure I want to).
