First of all, I hope the recent weather problems did not have any long lasting impact on your business.
I think all the carryover payments to your organization should be complete by now. Even though we alerted our customers with three different media, a few of them continued to send checks to you. I appreciate your prompt return of those checks even during the severe weather period.
When we started this program you indicated your team was there to transition us over to a more conventional working capital arrangement in time. It actually happened pretty fast, and the new program is working well.
I just wanted to thank you and your whole team for the professional manner in which you handled our account.
Please convey our appreciation to your total team with special emphasis to Carol. She was more than happy to guide me through a learning curve, and never complained when I asked the same old questions several times. She's really an asset to your team.
